Spring Onion Paratha (Haraa Pyaaz Ka Paratha)

Your gonna love the flavour of this Tasty Paratha,very filling and with moong daal (yellow lentil) you get an amazing crunch and texture.
It tastes best if the Paratha is made crispy by adding lots of ghee.

Try it for breakfast,lunch or dinner
This Spring Onion Paratha goes great with yogurt and cucumber slices.Sounds good ya?

All u need is
Spring onion cut fine
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 tsp moong daal( soaked 2 hrs,then microwaved 5 min)

red chili to taste
gram flour 3 tsp
hing 1 tsp
Mix everything together~add to the whole wheat flour
and make a stiff dough.Let it stand for 15 min before rolling .

cook till brown


  
Serve immediately !
