So here is the Famous Kootu Curry Recipe
|healthy and yummy|
yam cut in pieces
dried red chili
also coconut paste for the gravy and jaggery
|red gram boiled with salt and turmeric|
|in a pan boil the yam in little water with turmeric and green chili|
also add in salt
|after 10 min add coconut paste and jaggery|
along with the boiled red gram
cook for 5/7 min
|after the gravy gets a boil,its time to temper|
add the coconut in the end so it does not burn
|add it to the gram curry,let all the water dry up|
|serve as a side dish with any curry|
