Spicy Tomato and Capsicum Rice | Tomato and Green Bell Pepper Rice



Dont you just love the colour of these cherry tomatoes? i got a box of these babies and thought of making a nice salad with some grilled chicken,but then i changed my mind..

 I used a few cherry tomatoes and 1 regular tomato to make delish Tomato and Capsucum Rice....

follow the same recipe and after adding the tomato,chop capsicum and add it in..cook till tender and then mix in the rice !
There you go,its ready to eat now !!

   Serve with yogurt and papad !
